Can I get you to post a Gift Certificate directly to my friend?
We can do this if you pay by Check or MO. Please send us notification by email immediately after you place your order.
Why can't I get you to post a Gift Certificate directly to my friend when paying by Credit Card or PayPal?
We have adopted this policy to protect both ourselves and our customers from Credit Card or PayPal fraud.
Will my Gift Certificate expire after a certain period of time?
We allow you to redeem your Gift Certificate in it's entirity for 36 months from the date of issue. We have set this limit only as a means of keeping our accounts tidy and hope it will not feel like a restriction.
What should I do if I lose my Gift Certificate or it is stolen?
Try and keep your Gift Certificate in a safe place. Your Gift Certificate and it's Promotional Code should be considered as valuable as a signed check. Contact us immediately if you are unable to find your Gift Certificate. This should allow us to take action before it gets into the wrong hands. Providing the Gift Certificate has not been redeemed, we will supply you with a new Promotional Code that you will be able to use instead of your original.
Why is there a $10 mail/admin charge for Posted Gift Certificates?
This charge is to cover the shipping cost of sending the Gift Certificates from our office in the UK.
