Using the Madelena Antiques Site

Place the item into your basket by clicking the add to basket button next to the item you are interested in.

View the basket by clicking the View basket button.

Review basket contents then click the Order Confirmation and Make enquiries link.

Enter your email address and name and click the Send order/enquiry button at the bottom of the screen.

We strongly recommend using the shopping basket facility for all orders and enquiries instead of emailing David directly. When we receive an order from the shopping basket utility, we receive all the information required (ID numbers, price, etc.) to process your order quickly and efficiently.

The shopping basket is a useful tool for gathering items you are interested in, onto a single page. To add an item to your shopping basket click the add to basket icon.
Once items are in your shopping basket you can easily remove them by changing the quantity to zero and clicking the update cart button. Placing an item into your basket does by no means commit you to ordering the item. Feel free to place as many items you wish into your basket with no fear of an order being placed. No one else will see the contents of your basket until you have clicked the Send Order button on the Order/Enquiry Confirmation page.
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the view basket button:

next to an item it means it is currently unavailable for purchase because its STATUS is either ON EBAY:
in which case you can click this button to take you to our ebay auctions, or its STATUS is SOLD:
in which case someone has already bought the item.

button, to your basket by clicking it, if you wish to make an enquiry about
it.
The easiest way of moving between different categories is to use the drop down menu:
MOVE TO:
Simply choose the category of the items you wish to view, and you'll move to the Gallery page showing a brief description, price, status and a smal gallery picture of the item.
You can also
try our Search facility.
Type in your chosen search criteria (for example, wedgwood, minton, george jones, George III, gold, etc.) and press the Search button to list items that contain your chosen word in the description field.
Taking a closer look at an item
From any Gallery page you will find a detailed description, large photo study and full condition report on any item by clicking the small thumbnail image.
