Salins Majolica asparagus plate
Circa 1880. 9.25ins diameter. Salins Majolica asparagus plate molded as five asparagus tips laid in the center of a cream plate. An artichoke bud and leaves are molded around one side of the rim.

Cream reverse with stilt marks under the rim.
Impressed 'SALINS' maker's mark inside the foot rim.

Condition
Good. No restoration. No cracks. No hairlines.
One small chip, a bruise, shrinkage line and some small flakes, all to under rim.
